The School / The City:
Agder University College is located on the southern coast of Norway, known as Sorlandet.
With 6,700 students and 820 teaching and administrative staff, it is one of the largest University Colleges in Norway. The University College offers a wide variety of study programmes within Business and Economics, Engineering and Technology, the Humanities, Mathematics, Nursing, Teacher Education and Fine Arts.
Effective from 2002 – 2003, the University College’s main study programmes are being reorganized to comply with internationally accepted Bachelor and Master programmes. Altogether, the University College offers more than 100 course programmes in 7 faculties.
Agder University College has study locations in three towns along the southern coast of Norway – in Kristiansand, Grimstad and Arendal.
